* 터치 주차가 어떻게 되나요?
  이 시리얼 번호중에 4번째 5번째 자리가 생산주차 입니다. 만약 시리얼이 9C943ABC0JW 라고 가정하면 9C8 다음 43 라는 숫자가 43주차 (10/19~19/25)에  생산된 제품이라는 뜻 주

 * 애플케어란 무엇인가요?
애플케어란 A/S 보증기간을 의미 보통 구매일로부터 일년간인데, 특별히 애플 홈페이지에등록을 하지 않더라도 제품의 시리얼을 보고 제조일을 추측하여 한달정도 안에 판매되었을 거란 가정하에 생산일로부터 보통 일년하고 2-3주 정도 보증기간이 책정됩니다.. 이 기간안에는 애플 제품이 불량인 경우 회수에 상관없이 무상으로 리퍼제품으로 교환을 해줍니다.또한 보증기간이 만료되었을 경우, A/S를 받고 싶어도 애플제품은 A/S 가 안됩니다. 즉 리퍼를 안해준다는 말이죠..따라서 이 보증기간을 연장하는 1년 더 연장하는 방법이 있습니다. 6만 9천원을 주고 애플케어 라는 것을 구입하시면 됩니다. 애플케어를 구입하시게 되면 최초 아이팟 제품 구입일로부터 보증기간이 2년이 되는 것입니다.  애플케어는 아무때나 구입할수 있는 것이 아니라 자신의 보증기간이 만료되지 않은 경우에 한해서 구입이 가능하고 1년이 연장됩니다.  애플케어 구입일과는 상관없이 제품 구입일로부터 2년으로 보증기간이 늘어나는 것입니다. 그러니까 보증기간만 만료되기 전에 구입 하시면 1년 더 연장되는 셈입니다.
  보증기간이 지나도 배터리에 한해서 6만9천원을 주고 리퍼를 받을수가 있는데, 아무때나 해주는 것이 아니고 배터리 성능 테스트를 거쳐 배터리 효율이 50프로 미만으로 떨어졌을때만 배터리로 인한 리퍼를 해주게 됩니다. 까다로워서 아무거나 6만 9천원 낸다고 해주지 않습니다.  따라서 이 6만 9천원이면 차라리 애플케어를 1년 더 연장할수가 있으므로, 자신의 보증기간을 알아 두셨다가 1년 더 연장하시는 걸 추천해드립니다. 보증기간 확인 : https://selfsolve.apple.com/GetWarranty.do

 아이튠즈-응용 프로램에서 ipa를 하나 선택 후 마우스 우측 눌러 등록 정보를 보면   나옵니다. 제 경우는
 하드 c의 C:\Documents and Settings\본인 계정명\My Documents\My Music\iTunes\Mobile Applications

*백업폴더

C:\Documents and Settings\본인 계정명\Application Data\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup
폴더를 보면 알수없는 긴 숫자영어명의 백업 폴더가 보일것입니다.
